4.5 Ton Clear-Floor Gantry Two-Post Car Lift
The HPL-TG345A is a 4.5-ton clear-floor two-post car lift with an overhead gantry and no floor plate. Rated capacity is 4500 kg (9,900 lb). Open floor underneath the vehicle gives full access for transmissions, exhaust, and rolling jacks. Lifting height is 1800 mm. Minimum pad height is 92 mm.
Passing width is 2400 mm. Overall machine width is 3420 mm and overall height is 3587 mm. Confirm ceiling clearance before install. Rise time is within 50 seconds. Descent is adjustable from 20 to 50 seconds.

Clear-floor gantry. No base plate across the bay. Overall height is 3587 mm, so it needs more ceiling than a floor-plate 4-ton lift.
How does the lock release work?
Manual bilateral unlock. Both columns release together for a more even lower.
What protects the vehicle if a hose fails?
Each cylinder has a hose-burst throttle valve that restricts oil flow and slows the drop.
