5 Ton Car Lift for Clear-Floor Workshops
The HPL-TG350B is a 5-ton clear-floor two-post car lift with an overhead gantry and no floor plate. Rated capacity is 5000 kg (11,000 lb). The open bay underneath gives full access for transmissions, exhaust, and rolling jacks. Lifting height is 1800 mm. Minimum pad height is 92 mm.
Passing width is 2400 mm. Overall machine width is 3420 mm and overall height is 3587 mm. Confirm ceiling clearance before install. Rise time is about 50 seconds. Descent is adjustable from 20 to 50 seconds.

How does the lock release work?
Single-side manual unlock. One release point unlocks both columns, so the operator does not walk to the second post.
What protects the vehicle if a hose fails?
Each cylinder has a hose-burst throttle valve that restricts oil flow and slows the drop.
What was the load test?
6-ton dynamic and offset-load test, 6-ton static test. Power unit and cylinders were fatigue-tested at a 5.5-ton working load.
